You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing emirhanalkus@gmail.com.
For a change-of-mind return, please ensure that:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
All original parts and accessories are included.
The item is securely packaged, preferably in its original packaging.
You provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
These conditions do not limit any statutory right to inspect a product or return faulty goods.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may decline a change-of-mind return or reduce the refund if the item:
Shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Has been damaged through misuse or improper handling.
Has been modified or altered.
Is missing original parts or accessories.
Requests submitted outside our 14-day return window may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 5–10 business days after inspection, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, we will refund you within the legally required period. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Original delivery charges are refundable where required by applicable law, including standard delivery charges for qualifying statutory withdrawals. Additional charges for premium delivery may not be refundable.
